Kashmir Rowan (<i>Sorbus cashmiriana [syn. Sorbus cashmeriana]), a Himalayan rowan or mountain ash with very pale ink flowerheads in spring and large (up to 18mm diameter</i>) white berries that in some forms have a pink tint. It grows to around 8m tall and is often short-lived. The fruit usually persists into winter, after the foliage has fallen. The leaves often develop red tints in autumn but the fall foliage is seldom spectacular. sorbus-2143htm'>Sorbus.
