Mountain Chickweed (<i>Stellaria roughii</i>), a summer-flowering New Zealand alpine found on mountain screes at 1000-2000m altitude. Not to be confused with the similar. Gray-leaved Succulent (<i>Lignocarpa carnosula</i>). This is probably the most common scree plant on Foggy. Peak, where this shot was taken, and can be found throughout the scree.
