Rosa 'Gros. Choux d'Hollande' (parentage unknown), a fragrant, once-flowering. Centifolia with large deep pink flowers that open from near-red buds. Its name translates to Big Cabbage of Holland and it is sometimes affectionately referred to by that name. It develops into a spreading 2m tall shrub, was raised by Vibert of France in 1830 and is sometimes listed as a Bourbon or Hybrid China rose. Order: Rosales, Family: Rosaceae
