A small-leaved, somewhat divaricating olearia, possibly. Small-leaved Tree Daisy (Olearia fimbriata) or a hybrid of it. Olearia fimbriata is an evergreen, spring-flowering shrub or small tree native to the southeast quarter of the South Island of New Zealand Very rare in the wild and not botanically described until 1998, it is now well established in cultivation.
